The grounds are always clean, and you can often find a manager cleaning the area so it is really easy to get in contact with someone if you need anything. Great place overall!

really impressively bad. from the creepy landlords, to loud parties, to facilities built before dishwashers were invented. The elevator is also pre 1970's and caught fire twice
