The facilities are new and staffs are great. The noise installation is not that great considering a lot of loud noises still coming out of the vents in midnight. There is one apartment at the second floor who has a balcony and they kept their balcony doors opened when they had parties at night, talk to them many times but I still hear noises maybe 3 or 4 in the morning. Hopefully the leasing team can sort it out.

I wanted to thank Karen here for being so patient and helpful through my apartment searching process. She’s answered tons of my questions and showed me many apartments. I recommend everyone to go to her if you have questions about the apartment or neighbourhood.

Maintenance staff is quick to respond and very helpful! Bayani and Bryan worked on my leakage under the sink quickly after I put in the maintenance request and helped me replace the water alarm as a precautionary step. Thanks a lot!

Biyani was very professional and helpful. He quickly fixed my bathroom exhaust fan cover and also cleaned the vent since I was concerned about the dust. He explained things clearly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate his patience and thorough work!

The response time on our maintenance request was very fast. Bayani was friendly and very helpful. He fixed my sink handle and blinds well. And offered to check on everything later on if there were any issues.
