Bryan was very professional and helpful and in resolving my unknown alarm issue. They responded quickly, patiently looked around for the source of the sound, and fixed the leakage. I really appreciate their patience and efficiency—excellent service!!!
The facilities are new and staffs are great. The noise installation is not that great considering a lot of loud noises still coming out of the vents in midnight. There is one apartment at the second floor who has a balcony and they kept their balcony doors opened when they had parties at night, talk to them many times but I still hear noises maybe 3 or 4 in the morning. Hopefully the leasing team can sort it out.
