The video tour was efficient and professional, with great attention to detail. It made remote review much easier and provided a clear understanding of the property condition and layout. A valuable tool for decision-making.

No standards. It’s such a mess. They don’t enforce policies to keep the building pleasant, noise free and clean. The cleaning lady is more interested in her head phones than doing her job. How does an elevator get dirty and smell bad every other day? It’s supposed to be a luxury apartment building but they run it into the ground. The tenants who weren’t raised right make the building an unpleasant mess. The rest of us can’t wait until our leases are up. This is because the management does little to set standards. They need to wake up!

Worst management ever. They take forever to take care of the issues you report, you constantly have to remind them, and they basically forget everything. On top of that, people smoke in the building—the entire lobby smelled like tobacco a few days ago, and yesterday, when the fire alarm went off, the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. Don’t live here.

There was a fire alarm early Sunday morning. No follow up email explaining if it was a mistake or guidelines to avoid false alarms. Today the water was shut off, but no email after it was fixed so we could use it. Little communication until after something happens, if it all.

Carly toured me the other day and she was amazing!!! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and truly listened. The apartment is so beautiful and it is right next to campus which I love. I’m so excited to live here.
