We have lived here for years. The units themselves are nice, fairly new, mostly soundproof(although you can hear everything in the courtyard and hallways pretty loud and clear) and there are updated appliances. The apartment complex is conveniently located near 4th street and the aquatic park. Since Viewpoint took over about a year ago however, living here has gotten worse and worse. Management is unprofessional and at times unresponsive. We have lived here for years and in the single year that Viewpoint took over, the cops have shown up banging on doors in the middle of the night, startling us awake, and arresting people more times than any of the previous 4 years combined. There have been people fighting/yelling in the courtyard and hallways as well, waking us up in the middle of the night. It no longer feels safe living here and management is desperate to fill the units therefore anyone is being approved to rent. The website says units available are a lower price than they actually are. They are only that price if you are low income, otherwise you will be paying well over $2900 per month for an unsafe environment. The complex may seen appealing but if you look at reviews from the past year, you will see similar complaints to mine. I dont recommend living here at all. The quality of everything is just bad especially for the amount we pay in rent.
