Do not move here! We lived here for one year, just the two of us, no kids. Left the apartment just as we found it. No damage, no stains, no abuse. They have a standard cleaning fee ($180) and then added another carpet cleaning fee ($125) among other small fees that completely wiped out our deposit, then have the audacity to tell us we owe them more money. Parking was awful, tiny cramped spaces, tight turns, low visibility, and a predatory business called Signal security booting cars and charging $175 to remove, with absolutely no support from management. Constant maintenance and construction around the property just made things more chaotic, then raising the rent $200 to sign another lease. Please save yourself the trouble. Beautiful complex with great potential, but poorly run with greedy, money snatching fees.

I arrived to visit my son. I parked in marked visitor parking. I stepped out of my car, walked to my son‘s apartment and retrieved the parking pass. I walked back to my car. This all occurred in less than seven minutes. When I got to my car, there was a boot on the car. I had to pay $175 to have the boot removed. The parking attendant had placed three other boots on peoples vehicles. This organization has a terrible policy. If you have to have a parking permit in your vehicle how are you supposed to obtain that without getting out of the vehicle and going and acquiring it?

Whitewater Park has been great from day one. It's not just the fantastic amenities or the beautiful location with direct access to the Boise River Greenbelt that make it special, though those are definitely huge perks of living here. It's truly the team that makes all the difference. A big shoutout to the entire Whitewater team, including Mike, Robert, Chris, Kaleb, Grace, and Taylor. Their attention to detail and responsiveness whenever we've needed anything is always comforting. Whether it's the maintenance crew going above and beyond or the office staff making us feel truly at home, their dedication shines through. It's clear that excellence is a priority at Whitewater, and it shows in all the aspects of daily life. We've loved our time here.

LOVE the Whitewater Park apartments! You just can’t beat all the amenities, clubhouse on the water, walking trails, and the scenic views that the property has to offer. Everyone is very friendly and helpful throughout the community. The property manager Taylor was very informative and professional when ensuring that my unit and the property was well taken care of all year around. Taylor always goes beyond when providing a comfortable and safe environment for you and the entire community.

Did a short time rental, the atmosphere is great surrounding the apartments. The area is super dog friendly, I love it for that. But the whole time I’ve been here the hot tub was broken/closed, the parking situation is awful (3 visitor spots that are always used by residents) and not enough parking for the residents. The units aren’t very clean when you move in, and they charge you SOOO much when you leave.
