This is the best place to live in Boise in terms of both price and location! Our family of four has lived here for almost three years without any issues. My two little boys love playing outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If any maintenance issues arise, they are resolved immediately. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment in a convenient and affordable area of Boise, ID.

For the price, this complex is great. My roommate and I made sudden moves to Boise and needed an affordable place to get our feet on the ground. They are slowly updating the property, improving conditions in every unit. Laundry onsite has recently become Bluetooth enabled which is so much better than quarters. We contacted management several times throughout our living here, and every time was pleasant, with prompt response to every concern. Chaz was always friendly when coming to help in our apartment. This complex has an amazing community of families and friends alike. Perfect for a small family, plenty of respectful kids who can often be seen playing in the shared outdoor spaces!
