Identity Boise is an amazing place to live! The community is amazing and the staff are so easy and friendly to communicate with. This is an awesome place for students who want to be close to campus!

I was just there and had the opportunity to see the well staffed front desk and meet the very friendly maintenance guy. What a team! Watching them field calls and hearing them interact with potential clients was very reassuring that I picked the right place and Megan was great to work with.

My daughter recently moved into this apartment community, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service we received - especially from Elizabeth. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Elizabeth was always responsive, whether we had questions about the application, the property, or the surrounding area. She consistently made herself available, often going the extra mile to provide clarification and reassurance. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Knowing my daughter is living in a place where the staff is attentive and approachable gives me tremendous peace of mind. Elizabeth’s professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and we’re very grateful for her support. I wholeheartedly recommend this community - thanks to her, the experience has been outstanding.

Not student friendly. This business hires students to be their representatives, and they (the students) do their best. The business makes these students field customer service issues and insulates themselves from dealing with the issues that arise. They will not lift a finger to help your student if issues arise and they need to get out of a lease and/or finding someone they deem suitable to take over the lease. So if you choose an apartment managed by this company be dang sure that there won't be a situation come up where you need someone to take over a lease.

This is the best student housing I’ve found so far! The staff is so friendly. I had a wonderful employee, Nicolette truly engage and help me find my dream apartment! She was super friendly and made my day!
