I had thoroughly enjoyed the 2 years I called this place home. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to the team, who was dedicated in making the place great, and especially Cody, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and overall positive attitude really made a real difference. Thank you!

Cody and Danielle are the best apartment management duo I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had a problem with our washer and they blew away any and all expectations. They were, considerate, responsive, and went above and beyond in handling the problem in a timely manner. Cannot express enough how appreciative I am for them!

Today, Cody went to my apartment to fix my electronic lock. When I started describing the issue, he said, "I think I know what the issue is". Five minutes later, the problem was fixed! Cody and the entire Encore team are incredibly responsive and solve the issues with kindness, quality, and efficiency. Kudos to the team!

Danielle & Cody are the bomb! They are so easy to work with and have responded to all of our concerns promptly. Total 180 from the previous management and I couldn't be more stoked to have them take over the property as the change is very noticeable! The apartments are nice and spacious. Definitely a great place to live as long as it's being ran by those two!
