Kensington at North Pointe

I recently visited The Kensington Apartments, and I was honestly really impressed! The property looked clean, inviting, and well taken care of. You can tell the team takes pride in the community. The office staff was a huge highlight as everyone I talked to was super friendly and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions, walked me through everything, and were just really great to chat with. I also noticed how often the maintenance team was around the community. They were out and about, taking care of things and keeping the place looking nice. It definitely gave the impression that they stay on top of issues and take good care of the residents. Overall, Kensington left me with a really positive impression.

Thank you for your quick attention to this matter, it does smell a little better but still smells when I enter apartment Is there any chance of getting the ducts cleaned out? if that had never been done, its a thought to maybe get rid of the last rotten fishy odor.
