The place is in a very nice locality. But we had a very poor experience and primarily from management's handling of situation. We had a 1 year old and living in second floor. Things were smooth for the initial 4 months. There was a new tenant on first floor giving all sort of nuisance to us hitting his ceiling when my kid was walking. Our kid got stressed. Complained to mgmt that we made nuisance. The issue was floor creaking while walking. No support from mgmt for the nuisance the gnd floor tenant created but we were given notice to move out. Not sure how do people expect to stop baby to do controlled walk when he is trying to find his feet. Poor biased management! Not a baby friendly place.

I want to give a big shoutout to The District at ParkCenter for creating such a fun and welcoming community here in downtown Boise. I’m a firm believer in living where you love and loving where you live, and The District makes that easy. The staff are outstanding, they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home.
I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a great spot to live. It’s super close to downtown, and with the BSU stadium practically in your backyard, you really can’t beat the location!

Stayed: 2 months (Short-term rental via a Corporate Housing agency)
We stayed at the District at Parkcenter in Boise, ID for a short-term 2-month rental and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent—tucked just off Parkcenter Boulevard, it offers quick and easy access to downtown Boise, restaurants, and plenty of parks and green spaces.
The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe throughout our stay. The apartment (1 bed, 1 bath) was spacious and came equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, which was a nice touch.
A few areas could use some improvement:
* The laundry setup is inside the bathroom, which isn’t the most ideal placement. The ventilation in the laundry area was limited, causing excess moisture in the bathroom. Improving the exhaust system here would be beneficial.
* No assigned parking means you may have to search for a spot if you're coming home late. It’s manageable, but not the most convenient—offering reserved parking (even for a fee) would be helpful.
* No EV charging stations on-site, which could be a drawback for electric vehicle owners.
* Package pickup is only available during office hours—a 24/7 solution like Luxer One or Amazon lockers would add a lot of convenience.
* Valet trash service isn’t currently available, but would be a nice future addition.
That said, the property management team was always friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even better.
Bottom line: A great, comfortable place to stay—and we’d definitely recommend it to others considering renting here.

Living at The District has been such a wonderful experience for us. We have truly love living here the community is always quiet, well-maintained, and feels like home. Anytime we’ve needed something, maintenance has been quick and reliable, which has made things so easy. A huge part of what makes this place special is Sara. She has been nothing but kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the way she handles things promptly to the way she treats people with warmth and respect, Sara goes above and beyond. Having such a great team here has made our time at The District incredibly positive, and we’re so grateful for everything they’ve done to make it such a wonderful place to live.

The office staff at the District at Parkcenter is the best - super friendly and very helpful. I also love their monthly themed gatherings for the residents! My pup Memphis also rates the crew 5 starts - she looks forward to visiting with the office staff for back scratch and treats!
