2121 Canyon

Absolutely terrible. My partner and I lived here from May 2020-May 2021. When we moved in we were lied to directly by the leasing agent Rosalie about the cockroaches in this building. They called us 2 hours before we moved in to inform us that cockroaches had been found in the unit next door an our apartment needed to be treated (it had already received one treatment by that time which we were not told about initially). The entire building is maintained very poorly and the shared spaces (elevators, lobby, hallway, laundry room) are always completely disgusting and run down. The elevators often rattle, move inconsistently, and make you nervous to ride in. The worst part of this place is the management by 4star. The building manager changed several times while we lived there so you can never get ahold of the right person, and even when they pass you off to someone or you leave a message, they never get back to you. Also tons of hidden fees, both within the lease and after the moveout. Not tenant-friendly. Move 15 minutes down the road to Longmont where you can get a better place for less money.
