If you are a light sleeper, save yourself the exhaustion and stay far away from this complex. The noise levels here are absolutely relentless, and you will hear just about everything you can think of:
• Aviation Noise: The property is very close to the airport, meaning you will hear planes taking off constantly.
• Trains & Traffic: There are trains blasting by during the day and the middle of the night, plus endless highway noise from motorcycles and loud cars.
• Thin Walls & Bad Neighbors: To top it all off, I have an incredibly inconsiderate neighbor who yells at their video games from 10 PM to 3 AM, and the noise transfers right through.
Beyond the noise, the management here simply does not care about their residents. This became blatantly obvious during a period in 2025 when USPS faced severe staffing shortages. USPS stopped delivering packages directly to our doors and refused to hold them for pickup, meaning oversized packages were automatically being returned to the sender.
Instead of stepping up to help their residents during this chaotic time, the leasing office flat-out refused to accept packages at the front desk. When I spoke with management multiple times asking if they could temporarily hold packages so residents could actually get their packages , they completely brushed me off. Their only "solution" was to tell me to ship my packages somewhere else.
Between the 24/7 noise and an office management that leaves you to fend for yourself, living here is a massive headache. Look elsewhere.

When I first moved in the washing machine did not work so I put a work order in immediately. It took them TWO MONTHS to finally swap it out! Forcing us to use a laundry mat for the first two months of our lease. Complained about the mold issue in the bathroom for months and nothing was done about it. Then when I threatened legal action if they did not do something, they acted as if it was the first they had heard about it. And then a month ago I had my truck towed from my covered parking spot overnight. Mind you, they charge extra for this. When I went to the office about the matter, they said “oh sorry we forgot to file the paperwork for your parking spot.” Their excuse for not addressing these issues continues to be short staffing in maintenance. However, it appears to be lack of competency in management. I went up the ladder to their corporate representative, and she was just as helpful and useful as their on-site staff. Do not let them fool you by showing you their model apartment.

Apartments look nice but are cheaply made. Sidewalks are crumbling and have been for a while. Assuming they are too cheap to fix them but they are a real hazard. Pool shuts down often. Same with dog wash. Repairs can take long due to not having the right parts in stock but maintenance crew is friendly and communicates well. Office staff, not so much. Hard to get an answer from them about stuff they don’t answer anything clearly just dance around. Also don’t like using the pool while office is open bcuz they like to stare like you don’t belong. Just doesn’t feel like somewhere I wanna call home. Will not renew when time comes. Will go to brazo oaks down the road, better amenities, nicer interior and amazing staff when I toured. 2 stars due to location and friendly maintenance. Most the 5 star reviews probably come from them sending out emails asking for reviews for a chance to get a discount on rent.
*changing to 1 star due to maintenance being changed again, many staff changes during my time here which is a red flag. and regarding the response to my review, I have tried to speak with management a few times and it seems they are never available. Many other residents I’ve spoken with have had the same issue.

Review: 0/5 – Attempted to Tow a Disabled Veteran’s Truck
Today I walked out to my truck, which was parked at the far end of the lot where no one ever parks. On any given day there are at least a dozen empty spots in that area because it’s so far from the buildings. I had my truck and trailer parked there for about two hours, taking up five spots, and returned to find a tow notice on my window stating my vehicle would be towed within the hour. That gave me less than three hours’ notice in total. They never even called to tell me, which wouldn’t be hard since I gave my license plate information to management to link to my lease.
I immediately called management to ask why, especially since this is an apartment complex where trailers are commonly parked. Their response was that I must disconnect my trailer and park it separately. Management is already aware that I am a Disabled Veteran (now awaiting spinal surgery), and my vehicle has disabled plates. Yet they still insisted I needed to “fix it” if I didn’t want my truck towed — with no regard for my medical limitations.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Management is consistently rude, unhelpful, and only seems interested in collecting rent, not supporting residents.
Repairs take weeks to even be acknowledged, gates are very frequently broken, dog poop all over cause residents don’t pick up, pool has been inaccessible for weeks, they sit on packages for weeks without notification, periodic infestations of ants on the first floor, the list goes on… I’m looking forward to moving out. I’ve seriously considered paying the $4,000 lease-break fee just to leave sooner.

Lorey, Ashley, and Lindsey helped get my roommate and I into a unit ASAP as our unit in another complex was infested with roaches and we had to terminate our lease. They were so patient and kind despite us giving them extremely short notice. Not to mention, the unit was absolutely perfect. I’ve never been able to move into an apartment without feeling like I need to do a deep clean but this unit was wonderful!!!
