If you are a light sleeper, save yourself the exhaustion and stay far away from this complex. The noise levels here are absolutely relentless, and you will hear just about everything you can think of: • Aviation Noise: The property is very close to the airport, meaning you will hear planes taking off constantly. • Trains & Traffic: There are trains blasting by during the day and the middle of the night, plus endless highway noise from motorcycles and loud cars. • Thin Walls & Bad Neighbors: To top it all off, I have an incredibly inconsiderate neighbor who yells at their video games from 10 PM to 3 AM, and the noise transfers right through. Beyond the noise, the management here simply does not care about their residents. This became blatantly obvious during a period in 2025 when USPS faced severe staffing shortages. USPS stopped delivering packages directly to our doors and refused to hold them for pickup, meaning oversized packages were automatically being returned to the sender. Instead of stepping up to help their residents during this chaotic time, the leasing office flat-out refused to accept packages at the front desk. When I spoke with management multiple times asking if they could temporarily hold packages so residents could actually get their packages , they completely brushed me off. Their only "solution" was to tell me to ship my packages somewhere else. Between the 24/7 noise and an office management that leaves you to fend for yourself, living here is a massive headache. Look elsewhere.
