I recently moved back into the area. Wanted to get back on my feet. Paid two months in advance. Plus deposit it. I haven’t been hearing for more than three weeks. I complain about roaches the following day of moving in and about the kitchen sink leaking The kitchen sink has not been looked at. I got my Son to fix it. It took them a week and a half to come spray for roaches. I had to leave everything out of the cabinets as I’m trying to move in. Today wake up for my car being towed for illegally parking somewhere where it wasn’t marked yet. Maintenance parts, illegally every day and still can’t come fix my sink. I asked my Son to tighten it up for me. No warning. No illegal parking sign. I was asked to pay $175 in cash not giving me the option, For debit or Money order. I believe this is a scam. Not a happy resident.

Apartment complex was okay who's that the people in the front office whenever you would put in a maintenance order they act like they didn't want to fix anything I stay there for 2 years the first year there my heat was working by the second year my heat wasn't working and maintenance act like they didn't want to come fix it. But they kept telling the front office that they did fix it upon move out the heat still wasn't working.

There are a lot of negative reviews here but it's a decent place to live at an affordable price. It is an older apartment complex, but the office & maintenance team are quick to work on any issues with your unit. I had a leaking water heater after hours one time & they came that same evening to make repairs. They also stayed late to fix a water drip from my ceiling. I definitely recommend Villa West for anyone looking to rent an affordable place to live.

0 stars. First day I moved in an there were roaches and mold everywhere. The unit itself smelled so musty. Had pest control come every week to try and get rid of the roaches but it didn’t do a thing, and when management was confronted about it, I was to blame for the infestation. Maintenance comes in when you’re at work and tracks dirt inside the apartment and messes with your things. The property manager is extremely rude and gives you an exaggerated amount of attitude and barely lets you speak without her starting to yell. Roaches would get in any food you had in your kitchen unless it was stored away in an airtight container. No idea how this place is still up and running. Please for the love of God do not sign a lease here. When my lease ended and I finally moved, I didn’t take ANY of my belongings besides my clothes and shoes in fear of transferring any roaches. They got into EVERYTHING- into my TV’s mounted on the wall, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi router. Didn’t even bother trying to get my deposit back when my lease ended. Just left and never looked back.

Let me say when we first moved there it was nice but after being there for awhile, we had roaches bad!! yes they sprayed 4 times which being there almost 2 years but it was bad. They will not let you have things outside of your apartment such as decorations. There is consantly notices on your door its annoying as heck. Just dont live there. Victoria will smile in your face and then quickly put that notice on your door about that or that.
