i LOVE the Vine. i’ve lived here for about 7 months and it’s been a great experience. my unit is tucked away in the corner where it’s super quiet. everyone here is really nice. i use the huge hot tub on the 2nd floor often. not to mention Jess and Elijah are quick to get my maintenance requests figured out (i’ve had like 1 maybe 2 since moving in). if you need somewhere convenient to live and quiet, this is the place.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Vine Apartments in Murray. The location is super convenient — close to TRAX, Costco, shopping, restaurants, and Intermountain Medical Center — which makes everyday life a lot easier. The apartments are modern, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities are great. The management team has been helpful and responsive too. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for apartments in Murray, UT.

Overall not the worst but not the best place to live at.
Jess (building manager) recently started and she has been the best! Extremely helpful when I reach out to her, and she makes sure everything I bring up to her is brought to a close.
Pros: Great location for freeway access and other local shops. Views. Large balconies. High ceilings. Gym area has more options than expected since it is small.
Cons: Garage doors broken often. Fees seem excessive with no reason (to add another example to what others have listed - our rent portal switched and now charges a higher fee just to pay rent). Internet is expensive and has issues. Resident cleanliness in common areas.
Since Jess started, she has helped a ton with the last con by sending out messages to residents, having the areas cleaned more, etc. she has helped this place out a lot!

I started the process of finding an apartment after I put my house in Mapleton, Ut up for sale! I was looking to relocate to the Salt Lake Valley, concentrating my search in the Murray, Millcreek area! My search brought me to The Vine Apartments, located just off State Street, next to the post office, Murray City Park and many restaurants within walking distance! My apartment has amazing views which I can enjoy from the balcony, one of many amenities available! In unit washer-dryer, garage parking, spacious floor plan, fitness center are just a few of those! Jess Franco is the resident manager, whose smile is contagious and is my go to person for any questions or concerns! I’m looking forward to many years of calling this home!

Do not live here!!! I was the first resident and was very happy with how beautiful and clean things were when I moved in 2023. Then they started adding on ridiculous fees on top of rent. The garage doors and elevators were broken almost monthly the past two years. When I moved out I was charged a carpet cleaning fee of $60 and my apartment does not have carpet. There is dog poop in the elevators, they covered up stains with a mat. They charged outrageous Utility fees every month. They charged me $133 on my last month, they inflated these charges so they didnt have to refund my total deposit when I moved out. They will charge you utility costs $100+, parking $75 , and mandatory internet $99 every month, on top of the Murray power you already pay for. You are charged for a commons room, that they leave the tv and lights on 24hrs a day. The hot tub did not work the first 7 months I lived here. The garbage area is disgusting! I am thoroughly disgusted in THE VINE! The will rip you off on your deposit when you move out by adding bullshit errouneous fees. There is absolutely no parking for friends or family to visit. If they park for more than 15 minutes they will be towed away. DO YOURSELF a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE! Donna Dwyer
