Hunters Point

I lived here for 3 years and my original lease had my security deposit on it but the resigned leases did not list them so when I moved out they didn’t have it documented. They refuse to respond to me when asking for my security deposit and have sent my move out charges to creditors therefore effecting my credit score. This has been an issue for 5 months with no response or resolution. I will be contacting the attorney general. Update: I had to go over them to their parent company just to even get a response and I finally got my security deposit almost 8 months later.

Why is there never anyone in the office. If you want to lease or have question who do you call or talk to? The new Management and leasing agents are not very professional or helpful and RUDE. They are taking residents money and simply dont care. Dont listen to those 5 star reviews they are getting money took off their rent or its family and friends to make them look good. If you can find somewhere better DO NOT LEASE here.
