I lived at this property out of necessity and would not choose to live here again. The rent is high for what is offered, and the unit did not feel worth the price. The advertised “renovation” appeared to be largely cosmetic, including a basic repaint, with little improvement to overall comfort or quality. The living environment was often unpleasant due to persistent odors from neighboring units. The move-out experience was especially disappointing. My entire security deposit was withheld, with cleaning and trash charges that totaled the exact deposit amount. While deductions can be expected, the outcome felt pre-determined rather than clearly itemized. The only positive aspect of my stay was the maintenance team, who were responsive and professional. Prospective renters should document everything carefully and manage expectations, especially regarding security deposits.

Lived here 2017/2018 and was able to get out of my lease, thankfully! Had minor issues, thankfully not a bug/roach issue. Heater went out in the winter of 2017 when College Station got a good amount of snow and 30 days later it still wasn’t fixed…Make sure you know your rights and threaten to break your lease if the AC/heater goes out and they don’t fix it within a certain amount (usually 7 based on the state of Texas) of days, as long as you provided written (email) notice!
