The Junction has provided me with the best memories of living with my friends. Moving from the Corps dorms to here was night and day and felt like living in paradise. Best pool in CStat

I love living here! I haven't had an issue with anything, and the community is so friendly and homey. Feels like a little town😊

There were so many issues we encountered when we moved in. It took my roommate's entire family a whole day to make the apartment look nice. When we moved in our couch had "mystery" white goo all over it, took 6 months to get a new one. When replaced they dented our wall and spilled paint on the couch (we already predict the "damage fee"). Our carpet (the entire unit) was matted with hair and once WE cleaned it, it turned into a new color. We were welcomed to a 4 foot stack of dirty dishes in our living room left behind by old tenants. Haven't left or looked for another place out of fear that they will charge me a multitude of fee's when I have deep cleaned that whole apartment for them.

takes 5 years to get anything done. emergency maintanece means nothing. also got charged extra charges for them to randomly spray paint on the wall? after me and my roomates went around painting the house ourselves. dont live here unless you wanna burn money

We toured The Junction this weekend, and it blew the competition away on several criteria. We toured 12 locations, and took notes on everything! Below are the main reasons why we signed a lease within 24 hours of touring: 1. Abby was very professional, welcoming, and accommodating. We asked many questions prior to coming in for a tour, and she went above and beyond to ensure every question was answered thoroughly. 2. The Junction has a small-town feel from the second you drive into the property. This sets it apart from any other student housing property in College Station and Bryan, TX. 3. The amenities, including The Clubhouse are very nice and kept up nicely! 4. The interior designer for the model unit has excellent taste. Especially the scent selection, it was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. 5. Way to go management team for investing a little bit of your annual budget purchasing employee polos with the company logo. This was another example of how attention to detail really sets The Junction above the other complexes in the area. 6. The material selection to build and stage the model unit were made of good quality: kitchen cabinets, hardware, countertops, appliances, clings, carpet, flooring, light fixtures, furniture, etc. 7. Gated community, and although it is not 100% safe, that helps ease some of this momma’s concerns. 8. The management team has been responding to post-tour follow-up questions, and that’s amazing!! 9. We received an information packet with full color handouts: Floor-plan options, Property map, Pricing sheet with unit availability, a review invitation with a QR code, and a business card. Opportunities for improvement: 1. The fence behind the sand volleyball court needs to be fixed, there’s a section with several pickets falling off, and this can compromise access to the property’s perimeter. 2. The facility management might want to contract a window cleaning company to keep the windows clean in The Clubhouse, gym rooms, and the Poolhouse. 3. The pool furniture is in need of a scheduled power washing service.
