The cottages is a great experience while you’re in college! They provide so many great activities throughout the week, and the little prizes you can win is a bonus as well. Their amenities are a great addition like the pool and the 24 hr gym too!!

The Cottages of College Station is hands-downs one of the best housing in town. The floor plans are incredibly spacious, and the management team is always super responsive with maintenance. Between the resort-style pool and the 24-hour gym, the amenities are always in top shape and make living here feel like a vacation. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I'd highly recommend it to anyone!
