Called at 5:40pm and 5:45pm, no answer. If they close at 6pm then someone should still be at the phone. Apts are okay, carpet was torn near the doorstep, staff is friendly and helpful but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Maintenance is also very responsive and helpful! The woodlands has great value and you get what you pay for but they do sneak in random charges sometimes that you have to mitigate.

Living at The Woodlands of College Station has been so amazing and a great experience, especially because of the amazing amenities. The pool area is resort-style and perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. The fitness center is well equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to keep up with workouts without needing an outside gym. The study rooms and clubhouse are a huge bonus, offering comfortable, quiet spaces for studying or working.
The community amenities are always clean and well maintained, and there’s a great balance of social and private spaces. Having access to these amenities really enhanced my overall living experience and made the apartment feel more like a community than just a place to live.
Overall, The Woodlands stands out for its top-tier amenities and thoughtful design, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, amenity-rich apartment in College Station. I LOVE LOVE LOVE living here! 🏠

My daughter moved in to this property in August and at first we were unsure on how things would go because of all of the reviews. However after being involved with the woodlands for some time and having the chance to talk with the staff, it has been an absolutely amazing experience. Quincy is especially helpful and is great to talk to when certain questions arrive. Will DEFINITELY be recommending to other parents looking for an apartment complex!!!!

Completely unacceptable of how the condition is of the apartment that these young adults are moved into the maintenance is absolutely awful and there’s no way that this many major items could’ve been missed if it was actually walk-through properly the students in our particular unit one has no working AC, the stove is completely not working .There is a leak a very bad leak under the sink in the kitchen. There’s an additional leak coming from the ceiling right when you walk in the door, this is a complete nightmare. The list goes on maintenance request were submitted and we’re still waiting for things to be fixed. Very very unhappy that we chose this complex . Do not recommend.

I could have added 20 more pictures to show how absolutely disgusting, neglected and moldy my apartment was. I would honestly say do NOT live here. At the tour, they showed a nice, cleanly apartment. Yet, when you get to your unit it will look something like this. I paid $700 a month for a singular room where all my appliances were completely run down and old, the dryer had rust damage and continuously broke, the washer wouldn’t drain water, and they never replaced them. Just fixed parts here and there that would break over and over again. I had mold growing on my vents and asked them to notify me when they would do a mold test so I was present to witness it, as I KNEW there was mold, they did not notify me and the mold test obviously showed up negative in the resident portal. There was mold on my front and back patio doors, holes in the wall from before I moved in that NEVER got fixed, torn up carpet from previous tenants, and the list could go on for days. The complex parking lot FLOODS like crazy, and if you have a guest accidentally park somewhere not marked “visitor” for even 15 minutes, they will definitely be towed and you’ll have to pay at least $250 to get their car back. In all honesty, living in this dingy, dirty apartment made me really depressed. I was genuinely concerned for my health, especially with the mold and the fact that I was a pregnant college student. Not to mention the shootings at the pool?? This complex needs serious help and attention, as it is definitely unsafe and unfit for any kind of college living.
