Called at 5:40pm and 5:45pm, no answer. If they close at 6pm then someone should still be at the phone. Apts are okay, carpet was torn near the doorstep, staff is friendly and helpful but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Maintenance is also very responsive and helpful! The woodlands has great value and you get what you pay for but they do sneak in random charges sometimes that you have to mitigate.
Living at The Woodlands of College Station has been so amazing and a great experience, especially because of the amazing amenities. The pool area is resort-style and perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. The fitness center is well equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to keep up with workouts without needing an outside gym. The study rooms and clubhouse are a huge bonus, offering comfortable, quiet spaces for studying or working. The community amenities are always clean and well maintained, and there’s a great balance of social and private spaces. Having access to these amenities really enhanced my overall living experience and made the apartment feel more like a community than just a place to live. Overall, The Woodlands stands out for its top-tier amenities and thoughtful design, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, amenity-rich apartment in College Station.
