Enclave Village Women's Shared Room

I am selling my contract for a shared room at the Enclave. Its a women's contract it it will be for the Spring/Summer. Move in would be as soon as possible. Its a very spacious room with its own bathroom attached. Very close to BYU campus plus there is a pool and game room included with the complex. It comes fully furnished and includes in unit laundry. The ward is great too. I am willing to negotiate covering part of the deposit. Contract is from now until August 15!
