The Corvallis Bicycle Collective is such a great initiative for the community. My husband’s bike tire went flat twice, and when we went there the gentleman who volunteers on weekends was incredibly kind and good-humored. He helped us fix the bike and gave us lots of helpful tips as well. We were able to get everything repaired and learned a lot in the process. We’re very grateful and highly recommend this place!

Great place! I went to get my tires pumped and they were super friendly and helped me figure stuff out, especially since both of my tires were super flat and out of shape. One of them was super out of shape and one of the people working there was really helpful and helped fix it. Super amazing place and people

The best bike shop! Has great selection of used vintage bikes, or newer bikes! Has every kind and variety of bike parts, had volunteer staff who are kind and helpful, they also have stand where you can work on your bike!

They were fairly limited on the tire that I required but they were super helpful and helping me figure out how to remove it. Staff was super helpful. I got a new tube and a used (fairly nice) tire for $10. Would highly recommend this place. They answer questions but don't take over for you.

I'm sad! I've heard such good things about the bike collective but when I called, the man on the other end was so incredibly rude. I don't think I've been talked to like that in quite a while. He said he "Had customers to attend to attend to that actually took the time to come down to the shop." I take it he was probably overwhelmed, and I can totally understand that feeling! Maybe I don't know the normal operating procedures and a call was inappropriate at that hour, but a friendly suggestion could be to restrict hours that customers can call in or to have dedicated hours for customer calls. Either way, I hope he is okay and I'm sure my next interaction with the bike collective will be better!
