I'm visiting and I agree, really nice lobby, nice and clean, nice apartment style. The carpeting in some parts of the hallway look like they belong in a serial killer true crime episode, but I also kind of like it.
Steer Clear! The management of these dated apartments is absolutely horrible and will hit you with crazy fees for every petty thing they can find. They will claim that the carpet needs to be replaced even after being professionally cleaned. They will even charge you inflated rates for light bulbs and to replace the air filter, a regular maintenance task. I honestly feel like this is a racket to take advantage of young college students trying to get a start in the world.
