choosing the Park at Fifth apartments was the best decision I could've made for myself when I moved to Corvallis. Management has been nothing short of caring and resourceful. I genuinely get the feeling that they care about the overall quality for all of their tenants. They run workshops and connect with the community they've built. They ensure that all tenants are up to date on required maintenance or ordinances that must be followed. These are a few of the ways that The Park at Fifth has made an accommodating and friendly place to call home.

Great place to live! The apartments are clean and quiet, management is responsive, and the location is super convenient. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

The photos below are of the plumbing issues.
When my roommates and I first moved in back in 2019 everything was fine. There were some plumbing issue but management was on top of it. By 2021 we switched units from a 2bed to a 3 bed. We were very happy until the plumbing issues got even worse. On multiple occasions the sewage would back up into our sink and our neighbors sink. We discovered that our garbage disposals were linked so if one got backed up both did. It also turned out that the plumbing was so bad it caused dark brown water to come out of all the faucets every couple of months. The shower would often loose pressure and make a horrible screeching noise.
On top of the horrible plumbing issues, the management changed 3 times during our lease in the 3bedroom unit. Each time management changed they lost our tenant information. The current management is unbelievably incompetent. On multiple occasions their staff admitted to not actually reading emails that contained serious information and concerns. I once called the office while standing outside and wanted it go to voicemail and the woman at the front desk played on her phone. On multiple occasions I would call into the office leave messages and would never get a response. Each time I would have to leave work to physically go in to get my concerns addressed. I cannot stress how upsetting this was. Issues that could have been resolved in one day took over a week to address because management refused to return calls and emails. Each time we attempted to renew our lease management failed to provide use with the new lease agreement with 90s before the end of the lease, which is Oregon law. Each time I had to remind them to provide us with lease renewal information. On top of all this, my roommates and I moved out 3 months ago and management has failed to return what is left of our deposit and also has not responded to our emails in a timely manner.
Do not rent here. The rental price is not worth the headache. The plumbing is awful, the laundry rooms are not maintained well, and management is so incompetent it is laughable. The photos below are of the plumbing issues.

Great experience at Park at Fifth! They were always available answering any questions I had throughout the move in and move out procedures. We even had to leave a month early and they worked extra hard to get someone to fill the last month of our lease! Absolutely wonderful group of people, extremely welcoming!
AND the apartments are beautifully done! With a walk in closet (not pictured bc for some reason I didn’t take a picture of the bedroom), I was absolutely loving living here!
