I LOVE THIS BUILDING!! Kyla and Lydia are the best property employees ever! They are what really sold me on living at the Kendrick. Anytime you walk in the door, you are greeted by the sweetest team. This place is exquisite, anytime there is an issue it is being resolved fast. The decor is gorgeous as well, there are so many fun events planned by Manny too! Thank you guys for making the Kendrick feel like home
Such a wonderful place to live, beautifully designed apartment buildings. The management team, Kyla and Lydia are angels and have been so helpful throughout moving in and during my lease! The events are wonderful, the fellow residents are awesome, and the amenities are stunning. One of my favorite complexes I’ve lived in.
The Kendrick is on Marion Street in Denver's City Park West, close to City Park's museum and gardens and the East Colfax dining scene. The University of Colorado Denver is about a 5-minute drive or 23-minute walk.
