When I decided to move from a studio apartment into something a little bigger so that I could have room for my granddaughters to play when they come to visit, I came across this place. I absolutely love my apartment here. Yes it's an old building so there's definitely some kinks however my leasing agent Gue>rrllmo was the best. He helped me make the right decision for me!! My apartment is big, the building is clean & staff from leasing to maintenance are very kind & quick to fix whatever issue I may have. Check em out!! You won't be aorry

I just moved into this complex, and so far I love it! The leasing office has been patient with me since I first toured and helped me out every time I called. They really went out of their way to help me out and I appreciate them all so much. On move in everything that looked like it would be an issue was fixed and the unit was clean. The apartments are like a 10 minute walk from 16th street mall among other amenities, and it’s really cool that there’s a convenience store attached. You can really only hear your neighbors when you’re in the hallway and in general everyone is pretty quiet. So far I’m not seeing any real issues with the apartments and I know I’m going to be happy living here. I cannot express how kind and patient the leasing office was with me with helping me get out of a tough situation, security has been nice too

Photos on the website are old and doesn’t reflect what the property looks like now!! Maintenance is wonderful in responding to fix tenants needs. This property needs huge overall upgrades such as new carpet in hallways ( very stained and dirty). Elevators that go down many times with long time wait to get back up and running. Apartments are spacious is the best reason I live here.

300 E 17th is truly a great place to live. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming, and the leasing team is exceptional — friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Guillermo. especially stands out; he has an amazing attitude and makes everyone feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel valued and supported, I highly recommend talking to him. He’s bilingual as well, which makes communication easy for both English and Spanish-speaking residents. Before moving in, I took the time to read many reviews. The truth is, all apartment communities have their challenges — especially when some buildings are older. That’s perfectly normal. What matters most is how management handles those issues, and the team here does a great job of staying responsive and addressing concerns.
Some people mentioned that the office doesn’t respond, but in my experience, the team has always been available. The office is conveniently located downstairs, and whenever I have a question, I either stop by in person or send a message — and they always get back to me.
I’ve been living here for four months now, and I truly love it. The community feels safe, the neighbors are kind, and the staff makes sure everything runs smoothly. 300 E 17th has been a wonderful place to call home!

I have had a very different experience than the other reviews. I loved it here. Maintenance always came when I needed it and the staff are so kind when you talk to them. My apartment had nothing wrong with it and it had a lot of great amenities for a low price. My new building doesn’t have any of the same amenities so for a place in downtown Denver it was affordable and great overall. No building is perfect but I enjoyed my time here.
