Put in a maintaince request at night and joan was at my door the next morning and fixed a couple of stuff in less than 30 minutes. Very fast and knows how to fix the problem right away!

Management was terrible did not want to help us when my mom was facing domestic violence by her ex partner and wanted him off the lease since he did not live there, did not want to kick him off the lease or help her switch to a different apartment and even after stating he breaks and damaged the apartment she still said if he came asking for a key they would give it to him because he was on the lease even though he didnt have to be. happy to say we moved and broke the lease because they wouldnt let us leave even with a note from the police department even though once she found out we were leaving suddenly “she can switch us to a different apartment” not a good place if you want to feel safe.
