This apartments suck!! I've been living here for 2 years in different apartments, same complex. Building 8 doesn't have water. Its been like this for over 9 months, there's never hot water in my apartment. And management seems not to care. They are very dismissive. Also there's roaches everywhere. Will not recommend this complex to anyone!! Im hoping someone from management sees this so they can fix my situation.

Poorly maintained, overrun with roaches, black mold,frequent change in onsite mangers. I lived there a few months shy of 8 years. Carpet in apartments is supposed to be replaced every 4 years, they cut out “bad” spots and stitch in “new” pieces of carpet which fray and get caught in your vacuum sweeper. They did not even have the carpet professionally cleaned before I moved in. The water is shut off for hours, at a time multiple times a month,due to repairs, hot water goes out multiple times a month as well.

I’m so appreciative of the leasing agents Tamia and Sergio they made a dream come true for me. I love the area, the apartment is amazing. It’s big and have a backyard I can let my grand babies and great grandkids play. It’s truly my blessing and a dream. THANK YOU TAMIA AND SERGIO‼️‼️‼️

I lived here for about two years from ‘23-‘25 and when I first moved here it wasn’t bad things went downhill for the complex in 2024. The apartments are old with older looking appliances from the stone age. The units don’t come with washer and dryer in unit which is crazy in my opinion in today’s day and age, we pay for valet trash but I honestly don’t remember the last time anyone came and picked up the trash but we were still obligated to pay for it of course, the dumpsters are normally filthy with trash and junk whatever the tenants decide to throw away at that time. The apartments have been taken over by a certain community now and it shows, people work on cars throughout the apartments despite the leasing agents sending various emails telling them to stop (the tenants could care less), loud fiesta music 24/7 (extremely loud), bad kids run in the streets with cars driving through and they look at you like your crazy , A-LOT of homeless people roam the apartments at night going through trash and walking by cars to see if doors are left unlock to try and steal items, druggies are walking the apartments at night, there is no security or parole or gated community. PARKING IS A HUGGGGEEEEE ISSUE! If you work at night, have multiple jobs, or just like enjoying night life good luck coming home and trying to find a parking space close to your apartment. Pests were a big issue for my unit and it took months for it to be resolved, If you are ok with moving here with all of these issues in mind then go for it. It’s basically the hood between Plano and Richardson so take that into consideration.

A very good place to live in. A calm and spacious society. Nice trees and the look and feel of this society is very good. A big con here is that Gym does not open on weekends and laundry machines are mostly always out of order. Leasing office is helpful and they definitely give you good tips for you problems. Overall this society is much better than near by societies.
