The worst place I have been living for sure. When I start renting by myself I thought this was a great place but after some changes on administration they get from bad to worse. I had so many problems living there but I used to ignore because I believe it was cheap. They change administration like 5 or 6 times and every time the new administration brings new rules. They never update residents with new rules so I get my vehicles in towing because they change rules without notice. They don't fix any request just send someone to check and say it need a replacement then you never see them again. This place had a lot of cockroaches and the pool is never open they show it on their website but it is always closed. Trash containers are always full of garbage and sometimes there is also trash outside of them. The bills are almost the half of the rent so if you think this place is cheap please ask before for an estimated bill check. Parking spot is expensive and doesn't have a security gate so anyone can park there and looks like new administration just is coming to sell the build again. So new administration will no resolve issues and they will said you have to request it again. But finally when I move out I found a better place I request them for the last bill but they never send it even when I leave all my information they never contacted me. The girl just tell me they will send me by mail but they never did even when I get to the office they said I have no to worry. But I just figured out they send to collection that make me angry so I decided to post my comments I was really to let just ignore all the past but since they decided to hurt my score and put me in collection without any previous contact here I'm. I'm very disappointed because at some moment I thought people just had a bad opinion of this place just because they were to strict but now that it is my turn I figured out that I shouldn't wait that much to leave that place.

Do not move here if you don’t have time to babysit problems. I moved here in July, and since then they have switched management twice. I have no one’s contact information from the new management and the office is never open and they do not answer the phone. It has been nothing but a nightmare living here. When our move in date came, they did not expect us and had nothing ready for us. We did not have hot water for weeks and I still have issues they refuse to help with. I have multiple fire hazards in my apartment they are aware of and are avoiding me. We have had floods in the parking lot multiple times and they shut off amenities without notice. Let’s be so honest, for the price of rent, I was not expecting much but this is less then legally acceptable and they know it. I was promised and signed for multiple things on my lease that were not delivered and refuse to be.

Coming from New York where rent is double the price for half the size, im not sure why this place gets any 1 stars! My experience was nothing like described! They kept up on communications with me, set my move in date for January 12th and I was able to move in without issues! All the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Tell me anywhere else you can find a home with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, quartz countertops and FREE 1 gig internet. Also, with the free spectrum comes a free 12 months of mobile service. So my 900 dollar apartment is really only around 700 if I factor in the cost I was paying for internet and phone in NY! Some people are entitled and hard to please. You can tell these people in the reviews. Id rather wait an extra day to ensure my apartment is buttoned up, than be impatient like some of the other reviewers whom seem to think the world revolves around them... it is sad the sense of entitlement in this world! My recommendation is to not judge these units based on the reviews of other who have not lived here. 100 out of 10 stars from me my friends! Thank you for giving me the feeling of home back! Anitra and Mikhjia are miracle workers! They got me into a nice unit very fast and with no issues needing to be addressed. The unit is great and clean and in a nice area. It was recently renovated with a nice floor, appliances and central air. I feel safe and that my needs will be heard here. The maintenance team is very professional and get the job done in a timely manner. I like it here.

We absolutely love living here! Mikija has been incredibly helpful, highly communicative, and such a delight to work with. When we were apartment hunting, we visited multiple times to make sure we got the unit we wanted, and each time, there was something newly renovated. Our unit came with brand-new appliances, and the maintenance team has been fantastic. Any issues we’ve had were resolved quickly and professionally. The area is very walkable, both within the complex and nearby. It’s easy to access everything you need, and it’s also a great place to walk your pets—there are doggie bag stations throughout and it’s super pet-friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
