love it here! clean and quiet. Police, fire and deli all on same block. 3 synagogues within walking distance. Office is helpful and friendly and maintenance knows what they are doing.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is kept up well, and the management team genuinely cares about residents. Tracy was especially helpful and understanding when I needed assistance, and everything was handled professionally. I would definitely recommend McCallum Highlands to anyone looking for a place that values its residents. 10 Stars

Omg the roaches are so bad 😞 I'm so disappointed... Wasted my furniture moving in.. SO NASTY LIVING HERE. .. when you have roaches crawling in your bed like they pay rent is beyond me ., this is not where you stay unless you like bugs .. yes it's cheap! But elsewhere will probably you can find better

Since moving into McCallum Highlands I have been extremely impressed by the staff, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall community. The staff are friendly and helpful and most certainly fall into the category of “great management.” Tracy, the property manager, demonstrates experience and know-how when it comes to maintaining an enjoyable and comfortable living experience. My unit is clean and very comfortable. I had one maintenance order after moving in and maintenance was working on it within the hour. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. All of these valuable factors combined with affordable rent make McCallum Highlands a no-brainer.

I lived here for 5 years and it was absolutely the best! The staff are always so friendly and the maintenance was fantastic! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and I rarely had any noise issues with neighbors. They recently completely remodeled the gym the pool area and I regularly used both and loved them! I would definitely recommend living here!
