I have lived at Preston Heights Apartments for over a year and have enjoyed it immensely! The complex is quite and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I have had nothing wrong, broken, or not working in my apartment. I will be renewing my lease!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Preston Heights! I’ve lived here since August 2024, and it has truly been a great place to call home. The staff are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept.
I really appreciate how peaceful and well-managed the community is. It’s easy to feel comfortable here, and I’ve never really had any issues.
Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived! I highly recommend! Renewed once and will most likely renew again!

This place is trash!!! For “luxury” apartments I had roaches… I called them several times to come out and help with the water leak and nothing. I had to fix it myself, there were other issues and they never came out because they don’t care. But they are really good at taking rent money on time and stealing your money by adding extra charges. Cheryl is by far the worst person I’ve ever come across and I’ve met some horrible people in my life. Whatever you do save your money and headache they don’t care.

First off, I would like to say that these apartments are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in the maintenance people are fantastic. They get the job done. There’s never an issue or anything like that. The office staff is amazing how the property is taken care of is amazing everything about this place is fantastic and I’m so thankful to live here and granted I haven’t lived here that long, but you can just tell that they take care of everything fantastic and to the tea

Lived here for a year. Very clean, well kept apartments and property in general. Friendly neighbors as well as office and maintenance staff. Responded quickly to messages and any apt needs. Great location, quiet neighborhood . I would not hesitate to move back should I need another apartment in the future ;)
