#1059 has reported isdue with apartment. But everytime the manager isn't there or on the way out. Very seldom there & when there she is very rude. You need a new manager who cares about your property & tenants. Thank you & hope you take action.

I stopped by to tour the property and was immediately impressed by how clean and maintained the property was. Edith was very professional and friendly, she assisted me with all the information, answering all my questions on obtaining an apartment and I would definitely recommend these apartments 100%.

Say they work with family gateway for those in shelter but yet want you to pay 2 times the rent, said cant take self employed tax forms from 2024 even though nobody can file until end Jan due to form not being available until then LEGALLY I am not making cons, fake stubs, none that nor for my other streams of income either but wanted me to pay 2 months in advance but got this they willing to take my 2025 tax documents without paying upfront. Make it make sense said reason is others came eith taxes saying self employed and could not keep up the rest. Ok if so then why ask for 2025 taxes and they are approved. Yea this apartment just dont like people who really self employed.
