This is a nice complex. Apartments are worth the rent. The community is peaceful. Everything is neat and clean. Their skilled maintenance crew takes care of work orders soon. However, their front office woman, Desire, is not professional. She is impolite and dismissive. As a woman tenant, I felt disrespected by her. She needs to learn to listen patiently, empathize, and be ready to assist. She is there to serve the tenants as best as she can, but she acts bossy and rude. She definitely is not passionate about her job.

Desire was amazing to work with! From the time I walked in all the way to move in, she was pleasant, professional, and responsive. You can tell she really cares about this community and the role she plays here. Very excited to be in my new place. Thanks Desire!

Desire and Dejanira and James were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment. I’ve been living here for over a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was addressed and fixed the very same day thanks to their excellent maintenance team. I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

So, im not usually one to leave reviews. However, the Park on Preston (especially Desire from the Front Office), and all of the staff has been fantastic from Day 1. The process of moving in and getting acclimated was taken care of throughout the entire process, leaving me feeling confident that i made the right decision. Any issue has been resolved extremely fast and the maintenance team has helped extraordinarily to make sure our apartment was in working order. I cant wait to continue enjoying life knowing that i live in a safe, comfortable environment that is taken care of by the talented team here at the Park on Preston. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience.

The office and maintenance staff here are some of the friendliest and most attentive I have ever had at an apartment. They are ready to help/problem solve at the drop of a quick message or stop in to the office. Dejanira and Desire in the office have made moving in so easy, and are always so fast to respond to any and all concerns
