14 months and didn’t have any issues with the property, but my Trek bike was stolen and it was found. It was registered on campus and two states, plus I had pics and video of my bike.👮 helped. 404 Pros, Cons, Residents Pros: Location, owners live in Denton and are on site, maintenance is done by the owner and not the managing company (Struga), very modern, for young professionals and minimalist, FREE CABLE AND WiFi, gated and 4 code digit needed to access property, small property 🥰, walkable area, lots of food options, mailboxes are inside the property (yay), hardwood floors -no carpet 🥰 and pet friendly. Cons: downtown event goers park on the property, but they recently added a towing company so hopefully that helps, delivery service leaves packages outside the gate, houseless people wanders the property, living area and kitchen is shared space. Train runs, but after a few months you don’t recognize its schedule, overpriced for Denton. Residents: leave trash outside their door, residents do not clean up after their fur babies, PH dwellers noise filters down to 1st and 2nd floor, residents do not respect quiet hours, smokers are on site, feed stray cats 😠. If you move here, invest in three cameras, door, balcony and bedroom or window facing your car. Great experience with Manny, Struga and

404 Industrial was my first apartment and Struga Management made the process very simple and they were always very helpful. Maintenance was always very helpful and professional. The complex was always well maintained and I always felt safe with the gated building. It is a very quiet community and I was never worried about my packages being stolen or random people showing up. The units are very well maintained, modern, and spacious. If you are looking for a place to rent this complex is a great option!
