Woodhill Apartments

(they deserve no stars !!!!!) Do not live here if you would like to live in a clean and sanitary place! I would like to start by saying I was scheduled to move in on July 7th of this year and when I got to my originally unit it was crawling with roaches, had water damage and was DISGUSTING! I was then directed to a bigger apartment (to keep me quiet about the original apartment), and was told this was the “show apartment”. It is now December and the list of issues I have with this apartment is ridiculous! There is roach feces in every corner of this house, roaches that look like they are permanently stuck to doors and even a roach that is spray painted over in my guest restroom. This is just insect issues that I have. Maintenance is worse, the maintenance man has come into my home and argued with me and my spouse on two separate occasions about issues in our home. Needless to say he was lazy and fixed nothing! The property manager before the one we have now swore to fix all my issues yet nothing is fixed!! DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!! Update: It is not February and the matter is still not fixed, a crew came to fix my living room ceiling but they were not told about the roach poop so they did not do it while here. The managers solution is to bring in the maintenance staff (I have already asked them to fix it and their response was that they will just paint over it) after stating the issue I have with the maintenance team doing it the manager insisted they are not an issue. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes and I would suggest no one rents here unless they want roachs, roach poop and so many other issues in their apartment! Also attaching a response from the manager after i stated that the maintenance team just wants to paint over the issue and not actually fix it. (Painting over roach poop is a major sanitation issue and they have done it previously based upon pictures i’ve posted below as well)

Sorry for all reading this is going to be quite extensive. To start off when i moved in i was promised a move in specific of 2 months free then when i signed my lease they told me it would be 4 months half off. Which i accepted. They also gave me the admin and app fee back as the special. When i paid the first month prorated the leasing manager nick told me to just subtract the 175 (admin& app) which i did. The next month they tried to charge me for it and it took 4 days of arguing back and 4th for victoria to realize they did not factor in that special but charged me a late fee. Secondly i moved in these buildings in august i pay the trash fee every single month the valet trash people dont even come to my door. I have email complaint, phone call complaints , i even have went into the office in person and nothing. I had to call ally trash myself to get a resolution. So i asked for a credit and they told me they cant do that? I cant get ATLEAST a 15$ credit when ive spent 60$ taking out my own trash?. Then nov 1 i was assaulted in my apartment which i want to add is by no means their fault. However i told my leasing agent at the time delilah. I missed out on work and i ended up being 4 days late because of this issue. She understood and even waived my late fee. However the day of the 5th(also the day i paid) she came to my door banging then UNLOCKED my door. I was half naked she did not announce herself or anything only reason she didnt get in was because i had the deadbolt on. I forgot to mention i made it clear that i wanted wood floors and they gave me carpet as well as when they showed my my now apartment it literally had 2 dead roaches in it. My apartment has needed to be treated like 2-3 times and i literally moved in at the end of august. I dont even eat in here because i hate bugs so much. It took them over a month to come fix my beeping fire alarm. And they BARELY respond to emails.
