Westwind Apartments

Between the foundation, causing floods and the massive cracks all over our apartment our living experience here has been a nightmare. The constant staff change feels like nothing is ever getting done, they will nickel and dime you over everything. You have to pay monthly fees for certain services, And yet you still have to do those services sometimes yourself or you will be charged extra money. It’s very clear they are desperate for money because at least half the buildings are empty and on my way out they constantly harassed me begging for me to sign a new lease essentially. Get out while y’all can.

I’ve been staying here since March I think , and I love the apartment community . I love that my apartment has a large backyard . I love that all my work orders gets completed in a timely manner .. I love Clair and Jane they are so sweet and understanding.. I also love that they keep the community nice and clean . I just wish they offered 2 bedrooms with backyards because my 1 bedroom is kinda small , I need a yard for my dogs so I had to settle for the 1 bedroom ..

I’ve lived in one of the smaller one bedroom units here for over a year now and have really enjoyed my stay. The location is great for going anywhere in town, or straight onto the highway, which is very convenient. Are they the nicest units in the world. No. They were constructed in the 80’s and there are times it shows. But the more newly renovated unites takes a lot of that away. The community in my section of the complex is generally quiet and usually has parking to spare until late nights on weekends, as you’d probably expect with most places. If you follow their rules, and use their parking registration app for you and your guests you should have no issue. (This is the first place I haven’t had a friend accidentally towed for not parking in the right place) I’ve been told the maintenance staff works wonders, but I haven’t even had the pleasure of finding out. Our unit has been free of any issues the entirety of my stay so far, and I hope it stays that way! The only critique I could leave this place has been with a recent issue with billing that was finally able to be resolved after a week of pestering. The office staff has changed hands multiple times and I’m sure that’s led to a lot of confusion on their end. Nothing I can truly fault them for. Overall I have truly enjoyed this place during my stay. I wouldn’t come here expecting some lavish luxurious modern apartment, but if that’s not your thing, than this place is great!

I have been living at Westwind for about 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience so far. I have thought about moving previously but always renewed my lease. With easy access to the highway, quiet community, great location, and affordability you can’t really ask for more. Whenever I have a maintenance issue(which isn’t often) they are always quick to fix the issue. The staff is also very nice and helpful that can be hard to find at some apartment complexes.
