I had a pretty mixed experience living here. The leasing staff and maintenance techs I personally dealt with were generally polite and professional, which I do appreciate. That said, the overall experience didn’t match what you’d expect from a place marketed and priced as a “luxury” apartment community. The biggest red flag was the condition of the apartment at move-in. The unit was clearly not properly cleaned or prepared. There was a green, sticky substance on the floor, pink mold in the shower, cat hair and kitty litter embedded in the carpet, and red beard hair left in the bathroom sink. I also found cat hair in the storage compartment under the oven, dirty stove and refrigerator shelves, and grease buildup in the microwave and grease trap. Dirty faucets and peeling, streaky paint on the bathroom cabinets made it obvious that little effort had gone into turning the unit over, and I ended up having to deep clean much of it myself. Common areas were hit or miss when it came to cleanliness and general upkeep, which was disappointing given the steep rent. Maintenance was a mixed experience as well. While the staff was courteous, some requests took much longer than expected, though it was clear they were doing their best with limited resources. Another major frustration was the lack of transparency around fees. The most ridiculous example is the $99 access/key fob fee. This fee wasn’t clearly disclosed in the lease, was added separately under vague “other” charges, and treated as non-refundable even though the fobs must be returned at move-out. Charging a non-refundable fee just to access your building and amenities, which you are already paying for through rent and shared amenity and utility fees, feels extremely questionable. Trying to resolve this afterward has been unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. Rent increases at renewal were also steep, while identical units were advertised to new tenants for significantly less. When I asked about it, I was told it was “just marketing,” which felt dismissive. The Lowry location is great, but between serious move-in cleanliness issues, inconsistent upkeep, rising rent, and fee-heavy billing practices, this property doesn’t live up to its luxury branding. There are better-managed options nearby that offer more value and transparency for the price.

This truly has been the best experience I've had for a Move-In. Aaron was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire tour and post-tour. Maintenance is super fast as well. Not to mention, I had an issue for a repair over the weekend (while maintenance wasn't in), the property manager Anna, came to the unit to fix the issue temporarily. Really just a top-notch staff & beautiful community!
