5 Stars! Firstly, as a student of a local university I have spent several years of my time here and chose to surround myself with a phenomenal community that is full of like minded individuals. Assembly has provided me with a safe and fully secure, beautiful amenity filled, comfortable and clean environment to thrive in and ultimately achieve my personal goals and dreams! I cannot begin to thank them enough. On that note, I would 100% recommended Assembly Student Living Denver to any student who is interested in engaging in a life enriching student housing experience. Lastly, I would like to personally thank the entire staff including the Maintenance Department, Accounting Department, and the General Manager for their exceptional dedication to my success over the years and providing absolutely incredible customer service. They have shown me a great deal of respect and kindness with any questions I have asked and created a flawless experience that I will always appreciate. The main reason this place gets 5 stars is because of one awesome person who works here. Without him this place would be average. The boss' needs to know how special this man is. Mr. Martinez has been a great and kind person who has seamlessly dedicated his life to the success of this place. People come and people go, but Mr. Martinez has been there for many many years. I lived there a long time ago but he still remains dedicated to his job. He should be getting a raise and promoted. Hats off to you kind sir!!! Glad to know you're still there. Your the reason I never left the assembly before it was the assembly. Regency student housing is what I remember. Thanks for everything. Your truly the backbone of this organization!!!

1 star is generous this place is horrible i am kicking myself for signing a lease here. Elevators are constantly out of service or you are getting stuck in them. The washers and dryers do not work mind you they are $2.50 a wash and 2.50 a dry so you will pay a ridiculous amount in that. “maintenance” will take a week to fix your heat in the winter. Save yourself a headache and do not even bother Assembly is a JOKE!!

I’m only giving it 3 stars because the tower is nice and a great place to study and relax. Other than that, I would rate this place in the negatives if I could. They are unsympathetic towards my situation and I have tried to negotiate my way out of the lease to no avail. Besides paying 70 percent of the total lease, which NO college student would be able to fork up unless they’re parents are super rich, the only other way to get out of your lease is to relet, which is hard as HELL. Please stay far away from this place and live anywhere else that has better lease terms.

Assembly Student Living has everything I need quiet study spaces, reliable Wi-Fi, and amenities that make balancing classes and life so much easier. The community is friendly, and the staff are always supportive. The location is super convenient for getting to campus, too. Definitely one of the best student housing options around
