I really enjoyed my time here, there's lots to love about this place. Living right on Colfax can get a little dicey at times and it's annoying to pay a trash fee when most of the time they wouldn't even pick it up, but all-in-all good amenities, reasonable pricing, and lots of memories made.

I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your leasing managers regarding the challenges of the transfer process and ways to combat the struggles my daughter was facing to do so. Her cheerful personality & excellent customer service was highly appreciated during that difficult time. The time she took to address our concerns & answer our questions needs to be highlighted! I respect her time during the transition of tenants. Since I live in Maryland and only flew in to assist my daughter with her move, I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience.

Very great staff work in this office, especially Tyler and Christian. They always try their best to keep this place awesome, but some residents are really rude and leave trash everywhere. I lived here for 3 years, and it was a great experience for me. It’s also a great location for anyone who goes to the campus across the street. Sam!

I really enjoyed my time living at Colab! It is perfect for students of the Auraria campus, as it is less than a 10 minute walk from most buildings. The in-unit laundry, included utilities & furniture, and all the amenities are a huge plus. The management is super helpful and attentive to the community’s needs. (For the record, the other review under my name was made with a fake account and is not a true reflection of my experience!)

Hello,🇺🇸 I am a Saudi🇸🇦 student currently studying at the ESL Academic Program and preparing to join CU Denver University. I have lived in this housing for one year and have just renewed my lease for a second year—and I will continue to renew it throughout my university studies. Why? 🛑 Because the people here are incredibly kind and professional. 😇First, the manager is respectful, generous, and always helps with any problem. She treats us like younger siblings. The front desk staff are also wonderful. 😇The assistant manager is very caring and supportive, and Andre 😇is a respectful gentleman who always fulfills any request. For example, when the washing machine and then the bathroom had issues, both were fixed in less than two hours!🙏🏻 That’s why I love staying here. I see real cooperation, kindness, and a reasonable price considering the location—close to the university and downtown. Collab is my first choice!
