I have lived at Mint Urban Infinity at 1251 S. Bellaire Street in the Glendale, CO area since July 2025. It has been by far the worst living experience I could have ever imagined. I have had mold infestations, water leaks, cockroaches, no air conditioning for extended periods in summer heat, regular power outages, consistent payment issues/getting overcharged, and I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of all time with the community manager, Jason Dixon. He is a rude bully who provides no helpful solutions, consistently gives excuses for his underperformance, does not compromise, and yells at tenants in the community office REGULARLY! It has happened to me, and I have witnessed it happen to someone else. While the other office staff are amazing, they seem to have limited control or ability to improve or solve most community problems. They also refer to Dixon who is unhelpful. For the last three consecutive days, we have had 4-5 hour power outages daily with record high summer temperatures, over 100 degrees 2/3 days. This means no AC, fridge, stove/microwave, lights, fans, WIFI, hot water, etc. My building AC has also been broken since 7/14/2026. This is ILLEGAL, it must be repaired within 14 days, according to Colorado Habitability Law. I have requested a rent discount from the complex FOUR times; I received no response. This is a low income community so powerful entities believe the community will not speak up against oppression and unsafe living conditions. I have never been compensated for any of the issues I have dealt with, nor have I ever been contacted by Cortland Corporate or Mint Urban to resolve any complaints and issues, despite multiple calls and requests for contact. DO NOT EVER SIGN A LEASE HERE, you will be trapped.
