This has been an amazing place to call home, really can’t beat the location. I mean there are so many different kinds of people living here very diverse, a lot of dog-loving, friendly people, wide range of restaurants and hair salons, a few convenient stores, liquor stores and grocery stores, home improvement stores, pretty much everything you need close by… and the office staff throw really fun parties during the holidays! The place is great. There’s a gym if you wanna get your exercise on and they have a hallway cleaning service and the cleaning companies that they offer are very friendly. I hired a home keeping service and could not be happier. The space is big, the architecture of the units gives you plenty to work with, and if you have imagination You can decorate and make something really cool out of each unit from what I’ve seen when I visit with a couple of our neighbors. The neighbors and the whole neighborhood is family friendly, there’s a library within walking distance, lots of boutiques and close to the mall… We got our little apartment decorated by IKEA and it’s simply wonderful. Denver is like the closest to perfect you can get because it’s a city but still has a lot of nature stuff like farms, trails and parks close by… We moved all the way from New York and the major difference is the high-quality of life.

the only positive thing about this complex is the price. but with the lower pricing comes incompetent staff who never answers the phone, does not greet you when you walk in the leasing office or even acknowledge you walked in at all, maintance orders that get closed by the leasing manager without even being completed, ROACHES that you prep your unit for weeks on end just for no one to ever show up to treat the unit (all the buildings are infested, this was told to me by office staff, and that all their properties are infested). mice that you find in the middle of the night in your unit, glass all over the grounds of the property from late night parties, oh and plan on either cleaning the unit yourself when you move in or hiring someone because it will be filthy upon move in. everything was sticky, caked in dirt, and broken. all of these complaints i’m listing were brought to the leasing offices attention promptly but ignored. if you’re able to afford more please please rent elsewhere.

Working with Leasing Agent, Jose, was the best official experience of the entire moving process. Jose is a meticulous professional with such great attention to detail. From the moment we connected, he handled everything on our list with a wonderful helpful attitude, and he even treated us to breakfast! I wish there were more professional agents like Jose, who dedicate themselves to providing a seamless service. Jose actually took the time to walk over to the unit and inspected himself. Most agents are in a rush and overlook small details; they behave in such a fashion that screams out the average people moving in here are not well-read or not of high social economic backgrounds, and maybe they’re quick to be dismissed; which makes sense because we live in a world of money; but wow, what a difference Jose made… to feel valued as a human being, especially during such an important transaction as the one it is of selecting and moving into your new home, even if it is only for a few months... even if it is an older neighborhood… Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, that makes our world great.

I currently live at Vantage Point and for the most part, it is a fairly okay place to live. I think it’s very dependent on which unit you live in and which building. The units are very spacious and (mostly) updated with good storage. However, the common areas of the complex is the biggest downside. Hallways ALWAYS smell bad in all of the buildings and a lot of the common area locks are broken or get stuck. The laundry rooms are not often taken care of so the machines can get very smelly and sticky. People here do tend to be noisy, so if you can, I’d suggest a corner apartment or one that doesn’t have a lot of neighbors. This property could also work on the parking situation. Although there is plenty, a lot of people abandon cars in the parking lot and it takes up a lot of room for people who actually live here (in the covered and non-covered spots). For the rent price, I’d say this is a fairly okay place to live but there are nicer options in the area.
