Bayview

I scheduled a tour for this past week and when I arrived for it no one answered the door or the phone. A maintenance worker eventually let me in and told me that the leasing office worker had apparently left for the day. Nice looking lobby area though.

Packages get stolen, don’t use the stackers they malfunction sometimes can’t get car for out for work or anything you need to do, once took over 24 hours to get my car. Front office is less than helpful and appliances are cheap. Don’t take there internet bundle they will charge you for “not returning” when it’s already hooked in there walls for extra money when you move. Very nice roof top and grills usually always cleaned so that was great

Maintenance request is taking forever….. you have to go to the office and tell them the issue in person. Moreover, they put tow sticker when you parked in guest parking…… which make no sense to me Our move-in process was so smooth. We really appreciate the help from Leady Castillo! She gave us clear guidelines on how to use the parking rack and even gave us another round of the room and amenity tour. The apartment looks so clean and brand new!

Everything in this review is my own opinion based on my experiences at Bayview apartments. William is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t respond when you greet him or look like he’s listening to what you are saying when you talk to him. He is not helpful at all. I am genuinely not sure how he could get a job that requires any amount of people skills whatsoever. In my opinion, wearing one AirPod all the time looks pretty goofy. Management, I believe Rae, is not any better either. They threatened us with extra charges if we didn’t move another tenants trash because they thought we put it there. They tried to bully us into paying extra fees. Ever since CIM took over Greystar quality of life has gone down in every way possible. Poorly run establishment. Don’t move here unless you hate yourself.

We've been a resident at Bayview for almost a year and I can say it has been a very pleasant experience. The amenities are great and the building is very clean and secure. Initially, the building was owned by Greystar and then CIM bought them out and the transition had some issues, but now that CIM has full control, the building has been really great. All the issues that were present when we first moved in have been addressed. Staff is super nice and we haven't had any issues. My one small complaint would be that the gym could use a few extra machines, but otherwise it's been such a great experience :)
