Do not move here: -your packages WILL be stolen -your car WILL be broken into. -everyone props the security gate open-even the apartment contractors which leads to homeless(and everyone else) coming inside. -management is TERRIBLE, doesn’t care, and never responds. They think it’s OK to treat their residents like trash. -we’ve had 2 leaks in 2 years. One of them we had to stay in a hotel for THREE WEEKS the month of thanksgiving. -NOBODY leashes their dogs or picks up their dogs poop. You will be listening to dog barking from sun up to sun down. All the most selfish, irresponsible, & ignorant dog owners live here. It’s been like this for 2 years. Management will never do anything about it. -the hallways smell like cigarette, marijuana smoke, and poop. People smoke indoors EVERY DAY. All management does is send out a email 1x a month. -EVERYTHING breaks down here-elevators, package lockers, door fob systems). -fire alarms go off once every month or two. Do yourself favor and live somewhere else.

I really appreciate Cicely from the Community Relations Team. She was very understanding about my concern and took it seriously, even following up about it after the fact. Overall, I've had great experiences with the Community Relations team and Maintenance. I also really like my apartment and the community in general. The courtyards are beautiful and my guests say they feel like they are on vacation when they come visit.

I currently live here, and while the building itself looks nice, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Package theft is a constant problem, and despite multiple complaints, management refuses to take responsibility or offer real solutions. On top of that, the apartment door numbers are scattered and confusing, which makes deliveries to the door nearly impossible and only adds to the theft problem. I even pay for the parcel locker service, but it’s either out of service or always full, which means my packages get left at the wrong building or just disappear. Communication with the office is poor, and residents are left to deal with the stress and losses on their own. I’m still here only because moving is difficult, but if you value your deliveries and want management that actually cares, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

DO NOT live in this apartment! Update 3rd times: Aug 28 2025 After my third attempt to contact the apartment about this case, they are still not processing the issue and have never replied to my emails. Instead, they only towed my car while allowing other cars to continue parking illegally and charging for free. _______________________________________________________________ Update: August 11 2025 Extremely disappointed. They towed my car for a minor parking issue, yet many cars have been sitting in illegal spots for weeks — some even hogging the EV chargers for free — and nothing happens to them. This feels like blatant targeting and completely unfair. Totally biased and targeted resident property. Avoid it as you can. The management is completely unresponsive — they never reply to emails, there is no physical office, and everything runs with shockingly low efficiency. Instead of helping residents, they’ve hired an unbelievably rude and unprofessional person to manage parking. This individual constantly threatens residents, is extremely uneducated and disrespectful, and has even called the police on tenants for no valid reason. Cars are towed with no proper process, and the whole experience feels unsafe. In my personal case, this person approached me without identifying himself, then demanded to know my unit number. When I refused to disclose it — reasonably, since I didn’t know who he was — he became aggressive. He threatened to fine me, called the police on me, and eventually had my car towed. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone supposedly managing the property. He has no respect for tenants, no sense of professionalism, and treats residents with aggression and intimidation. Avoid this place at all costs — it's not worth your peace of mind. I will be filing complaints with tenant advocacy organizations and local authorities. If you value respectful communication and basic safety, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have stayed at this apartment for more than two years. In general, it’s okay. Good location, convenient transportation and affordable rates. However, I have some very bad experience these days related to the other residents in this apartment. Some residents put the trash in the staircase, result in very bad smell; Also I have seen animal poops in the same staircase multiple times; Somebody had party at the pool at 3am and speak loudly; Loud music upstairs keep annoying my roommate and I during both daytime and sleeping time. And It’s pretty common that my packages get lost if they are not put into the locker. One last thing triggered me to leave this comment is that someone ruined my plant in the corridor without leaving a note saying anything. Just please note that killing the plants of a plants lover is like killing somebody‘s pet! I hope people who doings these pay attention to my comments, and take more consideration of other residents!
