We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The amenities offered were minimal considering the high cost, and the customer service was consistently poor. At move-out, my son returned the keys and parking tag just a few hours late after calling ahead to inform them he was stuck at work. Despite his effort to communicate, he was treated poorly, and the staff member who accepted the items failed to properly log their return. As a result, we received a large, unexpected bill — and the company refused to work with us to resolve the issue. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but this situation was particularly frustrating and mishandled. There are definitely better and more professional options out there for student housing. We're relieved to be done with this experience.

Literally the most difficult front desk staff i’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. Requested to move units and not buildings and what do you know i’m in the opposite building and paying 250 dollars and was told “they must’ve forgotten to write it down”. Everything here is dirty and if you aren’t a student athlete they don’t care about you or your money :)

I currently live here, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Many of the positive reviews seem suspicious — it’s common knowledge among residents that staff offer incentives for 5-star reviews. The hallways and trash chutes are consistently dirty, and noise is a major issue, with loud parties happening not just on weekends but during the week too. My car was broken into while parked here, and overall, safety feels lacking. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. For the price, there are much better options closer to campus. I’d suggest looking elsewhere

my roommate and I toured these apartments, Amy was our tour guide. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. In the end, she also gave us snacks which was really kind, 10/10 would recommend booking a tour with her :)

As a 1st year student I was really nervous to tour an apartment for the first time, but Jake was able to put me and my friends at ease. He was super friendly, addressed all our concerns, and let us take some snacks at the end of the tour. I especially appreciated that he gave us a moment to discuss our thoughts amongst ourselves.
