We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The amenities offered were minimal considering the high cost, and the customer service was consistently poor. At move-out, my son returned the keys and parking tag just a few hours late after calling ahead to inform them he was stuck at work. Despite his effort to communicate, he was treated poorly, and the staff member who accepted the items failed to properly log their return. As a result, we received a large, unexpected bill — and the company refused to work with us to resolve the issue. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but this situation was particularly frustrating and mishandled. There are definitely better and more professional options out there for student housing. We're relieved to be done with this experience.

Literally the most difficult front desk staff i’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. Requested to move units and not buildings and what do you know i’m in the opposite building and paying 250 dollars and was told “they must’ve forgotten to write it down”. Everything here is dirty and if you aren’t a student athlete they don’t care about you or your money :)
