I have had an absolutely amazing experience living at the Chapter Eugene so far. I have been especially pleased with Darren who is very kind and attends to all of our maintenance needs in an extremely timely manner. Also thank you to Andy who was able to assist Darren with an item I misplaced. Truly a great team.

***Parents Beware*** If you are thinking about moving your college kiddo into Chapter apartments don't do it! We toured a nice apartment and were shown the parking garage right next door. No issues. After moving in the parking garage has been moved 2 blocks down the street and fun fact the 4 bedroom apartment is the same size as the 2 bedroom model so everything is super shrunk down. The bonus is there is construction right outside of their bedroom windows. Jackhammers start at 7am and crane lights keep their bedrooms lit up at night just like it's daytime. No black out curtains or blinds like the other apartments provide. My daughter has had homeless people following her down the street yelling at her while she walks to/from her car. I have reached out regarding my concerns and it's next to impossible to get a response. Could not be more disappointed. They are not concerned about the safety of their residents at all. Twice now alarms have been going off at night in the lobby and no one looks into it.

Zy, my son, and I had the best experience at Chapter. The staff is amazing. Especially Nicolas. He were super responsive to our questions and made his first time renting an apartment a great experience. We would highly recommend Chapter.

This complex is extremely well kept as it is very clean and well managed. Isabel gave me a phenomenal tour as she was very friendly, knew her information, and professional. I can’t wait to live here next year. Thanks Isabel!

Maintence at this property is always very swift to come and assess any problems. My sink was having some issues and everything was solved within 2 weeks. Very respectful and kind people!
