Cheap apartments in a prime location. There may not be all of the fancy amenities though this pad will get the job done while your in school. Rooms are furnished and utilities are flat rate, internet, cable, water electric and garbage are provided. The alley its on is also well lit but does get the occasional hobo. Neighbors can be noisy, the neighboring building holds one of the 4 main campus bars and it gets busy. you also are flanked by two frat houses who will sometimes blast music loud enough to the point that you hear it through the walls. ^theyve goten better with the noise over time but do be warned. the only other noise complaint i have is on the city of eugene who will run the street sweeper by here at 1-3am in the morning my other complaint is the lack of cleaning of walkways and exterior windows. over time, they build up a significant amount of spider webs and your bed is right next to the window. In turn I have had a big issue with getting bit up by spiders in my sleep.
