I have really enjoyed my time at the Capri this year! The prices are fair and the staff are so incredibly kind.

i am a College student living in capri for 2 years now, cannot recommend enough.
Staff and maintenance go far above and beyond for residents, most maintenance is done same-day and they consult with me face-to-face on fixes and even give me options for my apartment when applicable, which is something I've never had before. Office staff host weekly snack/goodies at the office. They respond quickly and really go above and beyond to work with you.
Central Office is a few blocks from the studios, so mail can be a bit out of the way to get, and the cost of rent is generally fair relative to the options for students, but is high for solo living.
I would choose to live here 100 times over, I cannot say enough about the staff and maintenance team. 100% recommended.

The staff is nice, but I agree with everyone else: don’t waste your time cleaning because you’re never getting that deposit back. When I moved in, the common areas were disgusting—there was literally a black footprint on the wall—and my room was gross too. You’re forced to pay a full month’s rent when you move in halfway through the month for “cleaning,” and then again at the end you’re required to move out 10 days early for “cleaning” while still paying the full month’s rent. I left my place way cleaner than I found it and still got hit with a cleaning fee. For the price, it’s livable, but don’t bother cleaning even a little—it’s a complete scam. And as far as the email goes I agree with the other person super condescending when you were given a gross apartment to begin with. Don’t even bother responding when you’re just gonna give the same stupid answer. Just don’t clean, might as well throw dirt on the ground so your money doesn’t go to waste.

Avoid if you can. They unfortunately have a scarce commodity and clearly know it.
Staff in the office is very nice and helpful.
But central office is a huge problem. Maintenance is not great on the property. And the co-signer, who is the one paying, is not allowed to contact them for any problems. Only the student can contact them, and when they do are told to fix the problem themselves.
On move-out, my daughter actually scrubbed the place down by hand (the aprtments are not big) but we got a fairly hefty cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. Management sent out a note saying every protest must be done in writing - calls not taken so they could deny them more easily - and with a super-condescending "We know you think you did a good job but we do this for a living and believe us, this is fair so don't bother us with complaints".
Very frustrating experience.

Love this place, I've lived here for three years, super convenient to go to the campus, 5min of walk; Love the private entrance so that I don't have to meet with roommates a lot; Employees very helpful, especially maintenance teams! Fixed our issues including sink, bathtub, light bulb etc within the second day, responded very very fast. Nice and cute texts too. Great and very kind and nice managing teams. Loved my living experience here!
