I can say this wasn't a bad apartment building to live in. Though unless something has changed the apartment was outdated. In other words I noticed the appliances hasn't been repaired or replaced in a long time. In other words, the electricity would cut off if too much was used, the ceiling was more so a infrastructure concern as cracks formed, the paint in the bathroom was inadequately done. As well as mold in the ceiling, however management was friendly.

Crazy management, lived with cat pee carpets from a previous tenant which they never fixed. Now the management is trying to charge me over a year after I moved out for damages. Don't live here!

The Sonja is pretty great! I used to live on the top floor of a 50 year old building with no elevator, had to go all the way down to the basement to do laundry in tiny, broken washing machines, and did all my dishes by hand. Apartment was falling apart, and I payed $1,000+/mo, no parking spot! Now, I live in a 5 bedroom with an amazing, huge, modern living room and kitchen, brand new washer/dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, and a huge elevator to help haul stuff up and down. I wish there were more sunlight, but not much can be done since the walls are pretty much lined with windows already. I also wish the rooms were bigger, but I'm pretty happy.

They entered our apartment, brought a whole group of people in, and took pictures without our consent or any kind of notice. Thankfully one of my roommates was home and saw them come in, but they offered no formal apology whatsoever and were not responsive when we called and complained. Extremely frustrating and feeling like we can’t trust the leasing company anymore.
