lived here for a year, a couple years ago. not too bad. a little bit generic / bland / minimalist provided furniture and stuff but if you decorate, not too bad. it's a bit far from campus but there is a bus which runs every 30 minutes which takes you to and from. the walk through alton baker is nice too. convenient for going to football games. a bit on the pricey side however, and location wise the only businesses in walking distance are a mini mart, a sandwich shop in the lobby of a medical building, and a bar/restaurant. there used to be a taco truck at Ducks Village but it isn't there anymore

Absolutely the best front desk staff. Seriously the nicest people I’ve ever met. Five stars for the staff. Would give six if I could.
Only downside so far has been the speed of maintenance and the cleanliness of my apartment when I arrived.
