lived here for a year, a couple years ago. not too bad. a little bit generic / bland / minimalist provided furniture and stuff but if you decorate, not too bad. it's a bit far from campus but there is a bus which runs every 30 minutes which takes you to and from. the walk through alton baker is nice too. convenient for going to football games. a bit on the pricey side however, and location wise the only businesses in walking distance are a mini mart, a sandwich shop in the lobby of a medical building, and a bar/restaurant. there used to be a taco truck at Ducks Village but it isn't there anymore

Absolutely the best front desk staff. Seriously the nicest people I’ve ever met. Five stars for the staff. Would give six if I could. Only downside so far has been the speed of maintenance and the cleanliness of my apartment when I arrived.

I have had a great experience being at the Flats, with a few months left on my first lease and signed through the end of a second lease. Front office has always been great to me so no complaints there. I will say for UO students if you don't have a car it is a bit more tedious to get to campus but still doable by bike, walk or bus.

I’m so excited to be living at The Flats Chase this upcoming fall! From the application process to the tours, everything has been such a great experience so far. The amenities they offer really won me over. I haven’t moved in yet, but I’m confident the transition will be smooth, and I can already tell living here is going to be amazing. The location is perfect! Secure and safe, just the right distance from Autzen Stadium, and a reasonable commute to campus. Plus, the trail from Autzen to campus is beautiful and makes biking, scootering, or driving to school so enjoyable! -Brianna Lee

The Flats has been a great place to live and is probably the best bang for your buck in terms of what you get. Big rooms, nice kitchens. Furniture could be better, so I'd recommend bringing some of your own stuff if you want to move in. It's also far from campus but there's a bus route down the block. Staff is also super friendly and helpful! I've seen some reviews saying this place nickels and dimes you, but personally I've never felt that at any point. Overall, would highly recommend!
