This place is one of the absolute worst places to rent in Eugene. Over the last decade that have raised their rent for tenants by over 1300 dollars. 1900 a month for an apartment that hasn't been updated in a decade. Sewer problems all the time. With zero notice of water and electric shut offs that last days. The water that comes out of the sinks is often full of rust from the lead pipes they have and the rusty old water heaters in the unit. The dryers will burn your clothes for 6 dollars a load. That is of some tweaker doesn't get in there before you get back and steal your clothes. The door to the laundry doesn't lock. Police activity is there a few times a week and you will hear people fighting and screaming more often than not. Its a total dump. Ran by corporate greed. 9% rent increase every year no matter what and good luck having anything fixed with maintenance when you need it. Nobody answers the phone ever. Also if you have pets expect fleas every summer. Again peope. Just dont rent from umbrella corporation. And especially these apartments. If I could leave zero stars I would. moving here will only add to your life problems.

Overpriced and outdated. Our unit was filthy when we moved in. When we moved out we left it absolutely spotless and did a walkthrough with the property manager who said it looked great- still got barely any of our deposit back not to mention over a month later. We moved out early and continued to pay rent due to a toilet that had flooded. I had reported the toilet having issues and no one was sent out to fix it before it was too late. The people who came to fix it mentioned how we just needed a whole new toilet but that was never done. The flood leaked all the way into the hallway and into the main bedroom. It had leaked down into downstairs neighbors unit. When they came to “fix it” they tore just that section of carpet out pulled out the padding underneath, put the top carpet back down and were told to wait for it to dry so they could put new padding underneath. So that nasty toilet water carpet is still on top… maybe they should use the money they stole from our deposit to replace it but highly doubt that lol. The shower had mold in it from day one. Lots of wear and tear around apartment- patio covered in moss and dirt that we spent hours scrubbing off. No washer and dryers in unit- community wash and dryers always breaking down. Tons of homeless in the area, had stuff stolen several times. Management not responsive. Do not move in here!!!
