This place is just the perfect representation of Flagstaff and how wonderful it is. The staff is always helpful and very accommodating, I wouldn't recommend any other place for someone to stay at.

Brian and Kaleb were the most helpful with all the needs I have. Without these 2 men I don’t know what I would have done. Massive shout out to these guys.

Now that I have finished my college experience 3/4 years were with Clear Creek Village and the only reason I stayed there was because I could have a 2x2 for cheap with my best friend (originally cost $659 in 22-23now $1000 in 24-25). Every other factor beyond that I would say don’t go there.
Example: we were out of a washing machine for over two months and informed them we couldn’t afford a laundromat. Their response was to go to the laundromat.
Our freezer stopped working and all of our meat, fruit, other foods went bad (hundreds of dollars of food) They didn’t come to fix it for weeks. We had to bring a mini fridge from Phoenix up to hold our food. Then they replaced the fridge with another broken fridge which then also took another week to get replaced.
We have had various things break in our apartment and it always takes forever for it to get fixed.
There was a hornet nest that attacked me and my dog where we both got stung over 20 times and they refuse to warn the residence and also didn’t want to spray anywhere that wasn’t the physical building even though it was on the sidewalk within the community. We put up signs and taped them to the trees and we watched workers tear them down.
Now, moving out in itself, has been a struggle I needed to relet, and I have my friend who wanted to take over the lease so you would think it would be simple enough. No, Clear Creek so frequently goes through management changes and updates to their systems and being bought out by various companies that they don’t know anything about you. I had a job and a future rental agreement contact them regarding the relet and they told them I had never spoken to them even though I’ve been into the office multiple times. Almost preventing me from getting my house and job.
I had turned in my keys May 28 then a month later I get told that they can’t enter the apartment and let my friend move in because they don’t have my keys.
And finally, when it comes to the final statement, they are constantly asking me to pay it, but it is incorrect and has the wrong payment dates for the balance and so I contact the person I was told to contact (Charisse) and she told me it was correct and so I told her no it was not correct and she told me I needed to contact the utility provider. The utility provider informed me that Clear Creek had never told them the correct lease end date and that Clear Creek still needed to do that so I could see the correct balance.
I have emailed 5+ times saying I would not be paying for July and eventually they told me they would get things fixed.
Update 11/11/25: they sent me to collections for the July balance owed and so I had to call and dispute the charge and provide all email documentation proofing relet. Including them not responding, saying they updated the balance and it staying the same, and any other documentation. The only reason they finally changed the balance with the utility provider was when I said I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They did not update collections.
Update 11/17/25:
On 11/3, I paid the balance that I owed for May and June (NOT JULY) to the collection agency to protect my credit. Creek Village told me that they also updated the balance with the agency. Today I called the agency and they told me that the balance was $20 more than what it should’ve been and the amount that I owed was actually credited to the account.
All of this being said if this company just hired an accountant or someone with attention to detail then maybe all of these things wouldn’t fall through the cracks and there wouldn’t be thousands of emails that don’t get responded to. I dont know why talking to a collections agent is easier than the front desk / management at the place I lived for 3 years.

They're so short staffed when it comes to high quality maintenance personnel. We've had a work order in since we moved in 3 months ago and still haven't gotten our dishwasher fixed yet. Same thing with the drawers in the bathroom. Not to mention that the other day the
